- Each watch is listed with its reference, condition and what comes with it. That listing is the promise. The photo shows the reference, not your exact piece.
- How it reaches you
- Choose shipping after your reveal. We source your watch, an independent authenticator checks it against the listing, and it ships from there, insured, with a signature required.
- When it arrives
- Usually 10 to 21 days after you request shipping. You can follow each step in your collection, and you will get a tracking number when it ships.
- If something goes wrong
- We never send a different watch without your agreement. If we cannot deliver the listed watch, or it does not pass authentication, we will contact you. You can wait for a matching watch, or take a refund of what you paid for the box.
- Availability
- We do not change published odds quietly. If a listed watch is not available, the box closes until every watch is available again.
